YOUR SAFETY IN TRANSPORT How we operate Transport is provided by a special ground transport company licensed by Colombia's Ministry of Transport. Every service travels with its FUEC (the transport contract required by law) and the vehicle holds a valid roadworthiness certificate and SOAT insurance. What covers you As a passenger you are covered by the vehicle's contractual and third-party liability insurance and by SOAT, within each policy's coverage and limits. If you have travel insurance, we recommend bringing it too. If something happens on the road The driver stops the service, attends to people first and activates the insurance. We stay with you through the whole process and help with whatever you need. What belongs to the destination Activities inside the site you visit (hikes, pools, rides, horseback riding) are organised by the site and are the site's and your responsibility. Our responsibility is the transport you booked: taking you there safely and, if your booking includes it, waiting and bringing you back. Our commitment Verified drivers with valid licences, moderate speed, no rushing. The road is part of the experience.
