HOW WE HANDLE YOUR PERSONAL DATA Who is responsible The Private Exclusive Tour, an IT service based in Bogotá, Colombia, which runs this site. You can reach us through the contact channels on this site for anything about your data. What data we use What you give us when booking: name, email, phone, ID number, the names and ID numbers of your fellow passengers (for the FUEC) and trip details (date, number of people, pickup address and, for airport transfers, flight number). If you pay by card, your card details are processed directly by the payment gateway; we never see or store them. Why To manage your booking and pick you up, send you the confirmation and your booking details, invoice, handle your requests and meet legal obligations. We only send you marketing if you allow it, and you can withdraw that permission at any time. Who we share it with Only those we need in order to serve you: the licensed transport company that operates your trip (it issues the FUEC with that data), the site's technology providers (for example payments, email, maps and chat) and, where the law requires it, the authorities. We do not sell your data. Visit statistics To improve the site we count visits with our own cookie (it lasts 13 months) that recognises you as a visitor, without your name or email: which pages you view, your language and device, where you came from, and your approximate country and city (taken from your device's time zone or the approximate location of your connection; never from GPS and without asking for your location). If you are logged in, the visit is linked to your account. Of your IP we keep only a fingerprint that does not reveal it. We keep these records for as long as they are useful for these statistics. We use no third-party trackers. If your browser asks not to be tracked (Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track), we count the visit without a cookie and without your time zone. This cookie and the time zone one are only set if you accept in the cookie notice; if you reject it or don't choose, we also count the visit without them. You can change your choice at any time with the «Cookies» link at the bottom of every page. We also use necessary cookies, which don't ask for permission because the site doesn't work without them: your session when you sign in, and the one that lets you see your booking from this browser. If you pay by card, the payment gateway sets its own to prevent fraud. For how long For as long as our relationship lasts and as long as the law requires (accounting and tax).
