CANCELLATION FOR FIXED-DATE EVENTS Applies to tours tied to a single-date event (concerts, festivals). For these we commit the vehicle and driver well in advance, which is why the policy differs from regular tours. If you cancel 30 days or more before the event: 100% refund. Between 7 and 29 days before: 50% refund. Less than 7 days before, or if you do not show up: no refund. If the event is cancelled or postponed If the organiser cancels the event, we refund 100%. If it is postponed, we keep your booking for the new date or refund 100%, your choice. If we cancel We refund 100%. How you get your refund To the same payment method. We start it immediately; your bank may take up to 10 business days to show it. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer (Law 1480 of 2011).
